Donations are voluntary and are generally not refundable once made.
When we will refund
For online donations made to QS Foundation through this website, we will refund the amount if:
- you were charged more than once for the same donation,
- an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error, or
- there was a fraudulent transaction on your card or account.
How to request a refund
Email qsfoundationofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the donation with your name, date, amount and transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.
Recurring donations
You can cancel a monthly donation at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future payments; past payments are not refunded.
Donations to partner trusts
Donations paid directly to a partner trust by UPI or bank transfer are not processed by us. Please contact that trust for any refund request.
